Ul:kin is back with an electrifying new collection inspired by the process of upcycling

What makes Ul:kin special is its mission to create high end casual wear with a mix of art and culture that tackle issues that are important to the label each season. This season’s collection discussed the issue of separation by focusing on harmonization and breaking the boundaries between the old and the new.

Traditional styles of design with trends can be seen throughout their spring/summer collection. Stand out pieces include colorful sweaters, silver skirts and shorts, as well as nice jackets and spring coats. Ul:kin’s unique way of tying art into their pieces is very evident not just in the collection but also the accessories (found here) such as bags and wallets that are covered in paintings and prints created by the head designer Lee Sang-Doong.

I am looking forward to getting my hands on quite a few of the pieces from this new collection next summer and am very excited to see what the brand comes up with for the Fall/Winter season in 5 months time as their last fall/winter collection (linked here) was my absolute favorite of the season.
